This section is FREE on the very day you sign-up to our newsletter.  

This is where you write down as much or as little about yourself as you wish.  

This will keep you up-to-date with your current situation and aims to assist you as well as any health officials or family members you'd like to share it with if you should fall ill at any stage.  

In other words, it aims to keep yours and your loved ones' minds at rest.

This section is included in your FREE Personal Health Log you can download on the day you sign-up for our newsletter.  

In it, you will create a general description of your physical size, weight, height and how you are feeling in general, emotionally.  

This aims to help you keep track of how you have been able to improve and/or reach any goals that you may have set yourself.

In our follow-up email, we'll send you the third section.  This will give you a series of Personality Questionnaires you can complete to help you figure out how you are personally dealing with life itself.  It will help you become more aware of your own personality, so you can figure out how your brain and emotions learn, deal with challenges and approach people and situations on a daily basis.  

Simply becoming aware of this information about yourself helps you feel calmer and able to deal with life's challenges.

This section will be sent in separate email and will take you through your own physical and emotional needs, wants and desires.
When we are young, a great majority of us feel as fit as fiddles - but can be filled with emotioinal turmoils, aches and pains that we don't understand. 

However, as we age we feel more at ease with our bodies and emotions, but sometimes we get stuck.  

In the young, middle-aged and older generations, we need to become aware of what and where our bodies, brains and emotions are hurting and what they are trying to tell us.

The next email will help you to become more aware of what the enviornment in your own home is doing to you and how your body, mind and emotions are responding to the different chemicals around your home.  

Here, you'll be provided with a questionnaire that will help you become more astute at recognising what hinders and what helps.

This email adds to your Personal Health Log and will ask you to complete a step-by-step, decade-by-decade, breakdown of your personal health history.  

You'll need to note everything you can think of that was working in your life and everything that hasn't worked.  

You can provide as much or as little detail as you wish, so you can learn from seeing your own health history take on a pattern before your eyes.  

This section intends to give you back greater control over your future health.

After you have put all your own health and wellness into perspective, another email will be sent to you that shows you how remarkably easy it is to put our parent's health history on the backburner - where it shouldn't be!  Lots of people are unaware of how much DNA influences how we grow into our own bodies, emotions and mental health.  For this section, you'll need to get together with your parents, children and/or grandchildren and create a general outline, so you can see where your health fits into the bigger picture.

This section prompts you to easily record your dietary input.  You can record your fluids and foods quickly without any of the fuss normally associated with questionnaires of this type.  You'll get this dietary awareness system in a follow-up email.

Together with the previous section, you'll also get this section that helps you list all the supplements and drugs that you are taking at the moment.  

This helps you to clarify what you are taking each day and for which health aspect your body, mind and emotions needs attention for.
